MADE TO ORDER. MADE TO LAST.
In a world of same-day and next-day shipping, it's easy to expect every product to arrive almost immediately. But archival-quality products are different.
Rather than mass-producing products to sit on warehouse shelves, we make many of our products by hand, using carefully sourced materials, and store them in a humidity-controlled environment to ensure the quality and long-term performance you expect.
Because many of our products—from archival boxes to exhibit cases—are made to order, lead times can increase during periods of high demand.
TYPICAL LEAD TIMES:
(i.e. time before your orders ships)
-
Most archival supply orders: 1-2 business days
-
During periods of high demand: 5-6 business days
-
Exhibit case lead times vary depending on the product and level of customization, but average lead times are 6-8 weeks.
-
High demand can also affect exhibit case lead times. Whenever possible, we recommend ordering exhibit cases well in advance to ensure ample time for consultation and production.
