Giveaway Details: The Gaylord Archival Monthly Giveaway is held once per calendar month. Each month, ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Prizes are as follows: six (6) exclusive Gaylord Archival sticker packs, three (3) winners’ choice of a specified set of Gaylord Merchandise items, and one (1) Gaylord Archival gift certificate valued at $130. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each month. Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly drawing.
Winner Notification: Selected winners will be notified by email using the contact information submitted with their entry. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of Gaylord Archival. Prizes are non‑transferable, and no cash substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of Gaylord Archival.
Additional Terms: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gaylord Archival, its parent company, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use. Gaylord Archival reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
